Our thanks once again goes to Marge Jakrzewski, queen of the Red Hat Society, and Ginny, for organizing, and managing the Pie Baking Contest. Under Marge’s supervision three winners were chosen and their pie’s were sampled not only by the judge’s but also by our customers.

Our 2006 Customer Appreciation Barbecue was blessed with a lovely day, much welcomed from the previous cold, rainy days. Several hundred customers over the course of the afternoon, partook of our catered barbecue, caught up on local news, renewed friendships, and ate pieces of the contestants pie.

We held the barbecue at our showroom at 2730 W. Cadillac Dr., in Farwell. After eating, many customers whose curiosity was piqued sauntered into our showroom to check out our newest products.

Central Michigan Catering

We were fortunate to find Central Michigan Catering to offer up delicious barbecued chicken, various salads, baked beans, hamburgers, and brownies.  Their service was friendly and attentive. Our customers were very complimentary and one customer wished the serving spoon was larger so he could take more to eat. We will invite them to our next barbecue!
